About The Position

Performs daily cleaning tasks for patient and resident rooms, nursing stations, lounges, educational facilities, restrooms, offices, clinic areas, and other assigned areas. Work is carried out according to Environmental Services standard procedures and facility standards and objectives. The role requires learning to use supplies, tools, and equipment properly after initial training, and adhering to the organization’s compliance policies and Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• After initial training, demonstrate the ability to use supplies, tools, and equipment properly.
• Demonstrate commitment to and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, including following policies and procedures, attending required training, and immediately reporting suspected compliance issues to the Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient and resident rooms, nursing stations, lounges, educational facilities, restrooms, offices, clinic areas, and other assigned areas each day.
• Perform cleaning duties in accordance with Environmental Services standard procedures and facility standards and objectives.
• Use supplies, tools, and equipment properly after initial training.
• Follow the organization’s policies and procedures and Code of Conduct, attend required training, and promptly report suspected compliance issues to the Compliance Officer.
