Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Varied experience in housekeeping and farm work.
  • Some experience with inventory, receiving and stocking shelves.
  • Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Good Communication (Written / Verbal) skills, bilingual helps but not mandatory.
  • Able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must be able to perform all job duties of the position.
  • Must be able to reach, bend, twist and lift above the head.
  • Also, must be able to work in various climate conditions.
  • Must have clean driving record with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Sweeping and mopping all common areas.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting both men and women’s shower spaces, walls, and floor.
  • Changing the foot bath content at the entrance of main door and “clean waiting area.”
  • Flattening all cardboard boxes found in the area and placing them in the recycling dumpsters located outside.
  • Cleaning and washing floors and inside of all vans at least once a week or more as needed.
  • Refueling vans and check them for mechanical issues. Submitting work orders to Sr. Manager.
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen utensils, microwave, tables, etc.
  • Make sure that no dirty towels, uniforms, bandanas, or toboggans are left inside shower areas (both) and washing and drying them.
  • Washing uniforms, long-sleeved T-shirts, pants, jackets, towels as needed for the next day (minimum of 75 of each).
  • Washing contractor foot ware that is utilized by the contractor crews, daily, by power washing them with water pumps provided.
  • Placing foot ware on the rack to dry.
  • Sweeping and power washing the garage floor once a week.
  • Taking trash out from ALL trash cans every day, or when full.
  • Helping to monitor, organize and stock the inventory of supplies and alert Manager when resupply is needed.
  • Placing dry clothes and uniforms on hangers, in racks, or fold them for crews the next day.
  • Keeping showers stocked with Hair and Body Wash.
  • Keeping hand soap, toilet paper, hand towel paper stocked in restrooms.
  • Keeping boot covers, long sleeve shirts, hair nets, sweatshirts, bandanas, and jackets (dictated by season) stocked in holding area.
  • Checking In contractors and conduct training as needed.
  • Transporting Contractor workers to and from the barns as needed.
  • Receiving Inventory items and stocking the shelves, both in Flock Services and Support Operations.
  • Picking up inventory items from the warehouse or local venders as needed.
  • Assist with Wash Bay duties when required.
