About The Position

At The Kensington, an Agemark Senior Living community, the Housekeeper role involves creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. This position is seen as an opportunity to make a daily difference and brighten residents' days, going beyond just cleaning to help residents feel comfortable and at home. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with a 7 AM start time.

Requirements

• Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

• Weekend availability preferred.
• A genuine heart for serving others—experience in housekeeping or senior living is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites and common areas so our community always feels warm and inviting.
• Handle resident and community laundry with care and efficiency.
• Assist with move-ins, suite turnovers, and special requests from residents.
• Follow cleaning protocols, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe environment.
• Go beyond cleaning by helping residents feel comfortable and at home.
