About The Position

This is a full-time, temporary Housekeeper position with a PM shift. The role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various facilities including cottages, halfway houses, restaurants, clubhouses, security gates, sales centers, administration buildings, and other specified areas. Additionally, the position involves laundry duties, maintaining laundry equipment, van cleanliness, and assisting guests and members as needed.

Requirements

Ability to bend, stretch, and lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 90% of the day.
Ability to withstand varying weather conditions.
Ability to climb and descend stairs on a regular basis.
Ability to work well without constant supervision.

Nice To Haves

Some work experience desired (training provided).
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
Congenial personality; able to interact well with others.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and maintaining Cottages, Halfway Houses, Restaurants, Clubhouses, Security Gates, Sales Center, Administration Building, Rock House, Jackson House, Central Services, Pro Shops, Maintenance Buildings, Marinas, Tennis Centers, Pavilions, Pool areas, Cart Facilities, Corporate Building, Plantation Commons.
Completing cleaning tasks according to established Reynolds, Lake Oconee standards.
Stocking supplies and maintaining the warehouse.
Performing laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding room and table linen according to prescribed methods.
Maintaining laundry equipment.
Maintaining van cleanliness.
Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and neat image.
Communicating with supervisors regarding work issues or concerns.
Interacting and assisting guests and members as needed (e.g., plunging toilets, television remote operation).
