About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Full-time Housekeeper to join our team in Alexandria, Louisiana! Our Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas. This position requires driving between properties Rosewood and Pecan Grove Apartments (3 minutes apart). A valid drivers license will be required for this role.

Requirements

3-6 months experience in professional cleaning or related responsibilities preferred
Must be detailed oriented
Drivers license required
Skilled problem solving
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining entire property in good condition
Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant
Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping
May assist with light maintenance including painting on turnovers/make-readies
Snow removal
