We have a fantastic Housekeeper opportunity available! Join us at our beautiful apartment community in Grand Prairie, TX! Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience.

Requirements

• Reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated
• Shows up on time, dependable, and trustworthy
• Works well independently, is a self-starter, and takes initiative to go beyond assigned tasks
• Noticing issues proactively and maintaining a clean, well-kept appearance of the community
• Keeps busy, completes tasks thoroughly, and doesn’t shy away from dirty or repetitive jobs
• Communicates and collaborates well with maintenance and leasing teams; helps out when needed without hesitation
• Takes pride in maintaining the property and contributes to community appearance
• Willing to take on various responsibilities and supporting the maintenance team as needed
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks
• Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities
• Clean and stock coffee station
• Cleaning vacant and model units
• Completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes
• Other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties
