About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the community’s common areas and amenities. This position helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.

Requirements

  • Must live within 30 minutes of the Palm City area

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain clubhouse, offices, fitness centers, restrooms, and other common areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces regularly
  • Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and glass surfaces
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the property
  • Maintain cleanliness of community amenities, including pools, laundry rooms, and meeting spaces
  • Restock restroom and janitorial supplies as needed
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
  • Assist with setup and cleanup for community events and meetings
  • Follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Maintain janitorial storage areas organized
  • Provide friendly and professional service to residents and guests
