About The Position
Come be part of our best-in-class housekeeping team at Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community. Our housekeepers are an important part of resident life, working to create a comfortable, safe and healthy home environment for residents across our continuing care retirement community. Requirements
- 2+ years of prior experience with housekeeping is required
- Reliable, friendly people who are focused on quality
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Interact in a positive and productive fashion with residents while providing exceptional service
- Communicating with leaders on any concerns
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all supplies and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and follow all company guidelines and policies for safe and effective work
