About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and tidying all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits, delivering excellent customer service, creating daily job lists and recording all serviced rooms, maintaining equipment in good condition, and reporting on any shortages, damages, or security issues. The role also involves handling reasonable guest complaints/requests, checking stocking levels of consumables, and complying with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree
