About The Position

Hospitality Management Corporation is seeking a Housekeeper for the Baymont by Wyndham of Hearne, Texas. The Housekeeper cleans assigned guest rooms to hotel standards, maintains carts and equipment, reports room conditions and missing or damaged items, handles pass keys securely, documents lost and found items, and performs deep cleaning as assigned. The role involves following safe procedures for cleaning supplies, providing courteous service to guests, and working with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support guest satisfaction. The position pays $13.00 per hour.

Requirements

Must have prior housekeeping experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Stable work history required.
Ability to manage time effectively and complete required tasks on time.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must be a team player.
Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
Must be effective in handling workplace problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.

Responsibilities

Clean assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
Restock room carts with supplies and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
Report room status, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Department.
Safely handle and secure assigned pass keys during each shift.
Turn in lost and found items and ensure proper documentation.
Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning agents and supplies.
Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
