About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team at Kentridge located at 5241 Sunnybrook Road, Kent, OH 44240. In this role, you will be responsible for providing housekeeping services to residents, making their living areas comfortable, clean, and cozy. You will also ensure that all common areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, are tidy and clean. We are looking for someone with a positive and energetic attitude who loves our residents and maintains a professional appearance and conduct.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must be active and able to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
• Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Providing housekeeping services for residents to make each room a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
• Ensuring each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place.
