Requirements

Reliable with excellent attendance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb stairs throughout the workday
Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical work for up to 8 hours
High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain clean floors throughout the facility
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Restock restroom supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and seat covers
Clean offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and other shared spaces
Wipe down tables, chairs, countertops, walls, baseboards, and other surfaces
Clean elevators, landings, railings, and common area hallways
Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned
