About The Position

Quad is seeking a part-time day-shift Housekeeper for its Lomira, Wisconsin location. The role maintains facility cleanliness according to Quad’s standards and schedule. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5–8 hours per day, with a start time between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. The position reports to the Housekeeping Lead.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent attendance and safety records and satisfactory job performance in the current position.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work unsupervised, take direction, and coordinate tasks.
• Ability to work as a team player and with others.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders up to 10 feet.
• Ability to lift from a standing position, carry, and/or transport up to 15 pounds.
• Flexibility to work additional time and any shift when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and vacuum facilities.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms, break areas, and lunch areas.
• Empty waste receptacles.
• Clean glass and mirrors.
• Check and refill paper, hygiene-product, and chemical-goods dispensers.
• Use appropriate safeguards, such as warning signs and safety cones, to alert others to potential hazards.
• Notify maintenance of needed repairs or maintenance, relamping, and heating or ventilating issues.
• Perform other miscellaneous janitorial and housekeeping tasks as needed.
