About The Position

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Housekeeper to provide housekeeping services for residents and clean public areas within the community. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and team members.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity (i.e. hotel or personal home)
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities
