Requirements

Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and commitment to quality work
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
Ability to follow safety procedures and infection control practices
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the workday

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, hotel, healthcare, or environmental services experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, and public spaces
Vacuum and mop floors
Dust furniture and fixtures
Make beds
Collect trash
Restock supplies
Clean windows and doors
Help maintain housekeeping equipment and carts
Work closely with the Environmental Services team to ensure the community consistently meets high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.
