As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in delivering a spotless, home-away-from-home experience for our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in guest rooms and suites. Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, reaching)
- Comfortable working with cleaning agents and equipment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and furnishings to brand standards
- Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies
- Make beds, change linens, and vacuum floors
- Maintain organized and stocked carts and storage areas
- Report maintenance needs and lost items
- Communicate room status and guest feedback to supervisors
- Provide friendly, professional service to all guests
- Follow safety and cleaning protocols, including use of chemicals
