About The Position
The Housekeeper must have physical stamina and strength to be able to perform the various duties in the Distribution Center. They assume responsibility for all janitorial duties and maintains cleaning supplies inventory. They ensure good housekeeping and follows safety procedures. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Time management skills
- Sense of urgency
- Attention to detail
- Regular standing, lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, cleaning difficult to reach places using a step ladder as needed, reaching with hands and arms, crouch or crawl, with repetitive motions.
- Ability to work in elements such as heat and cold.
- Able to stand on hard surfaces for duration of shift.

- Assists and cross trains in distribution departments upon request.
Responsibilities
- Performs all janitorial responsibilities: vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and offices.
- Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies, towels, soap, trash bags, etc.
- Ensures good housekeeping and follows established safety procedures.
- Operates floor scrubber.
- Maintains trash removal from breakrooms, restrooms, and offices.
- Assists and cross trains in distribution departments upon request.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
