About The Position
The Erin Hills Housekeeper is responsible for making beds, cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms, stripping beds, stocking closets, and maintaining overall order in the Erin Hills Basement. The role aims to enhance customer satisfaction and align with the Erin Hills Mission Statement goals. This is a Full-Time / Part-Time Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt position.
Requirements
- Apply physical dexterity with some bending, stretching, reaching, grabbing, holding and carrying.
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Stand and walk for the majority of a work day, sometimes on uneven surfaces.
- Walk and climb stairs and uneven ground.
- Genuine customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Remove and recycle all bedding from prior night according to guidelines.
- Replace recycled bedding with correct bedding for efficient bed making.
- Efficiently make guest room beds according to guidelines.
- Clean all guest room bathrooms according to guidelines.
- Empty all trash from guest rooms.
- Vacuum all areas, including staircases.
- Dust and/or Murphy’s all woodwork.
- Immediately notify the proper department if any luggage is left behind.
- Stock and manage the overall supply of housekeeping closets and put orders away.
- Assist in maintaining the Erin Hills property to the best of one’s ability.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Report all guest complaints immediately to the Housekeeping Manager.
