About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, and common areas. This role involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash. The Housekeeper will also restock restroom and cleaning supplies, disinfect high-touch surfaces according to facility standards, and handle laundry lines and towels if applicable. Adherence to infection control and safety procedures is crucial, and other housekeeping duties may be assigned. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting is a plus!
