About The Position

Eagle Point Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Housekeeper to join their team. This community, opened in 2018, overlooks the Fox River in Appleton, WI, and offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 136-unit apartment-style setting. The role focuses on maintaining facility standards through housekeeping and cleaning functions, with an emphasis on enriching the lives of residents and becoming part of the community family.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a long-term care facility or acute care center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning procedures and waste disposal procedures in accordance with facility policy.
• Responsible for the proper use of housekeeping equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of chemicals contained within the facility.
• Report any area observed to be in poor repair to supervisor.
• Dispense soap, paper and other housekeeping supplies as directed.
• Perform work while following infection control procedures.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
