About The Position
As part of Perimeter Healthcare, we are a leading behavioral health provider delivering inpatient adolescent treatment through a patient-centered, collaborative approach. Our mission is to provide high-quality care that addresses both the mental and physical well-being of those we serve. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our residential behavioral healthcare facility. Daily responsibilities focus on cleaning and sanitizing resident living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces to support the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous commercial housekeeping experience required; healthcare or residential facility experience preferred.
- Must successfully complete Handle With Care (HWC) training upon hire and complete required refresher training every six months.
- Must obtain CPR certification upon hire and maintain certification through annual refresher training.

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, hallways, and lobbies.
- Prioritize the daily cleaning and disinfection of residential spaces and restrooms.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain facility cleanliness according to infection control standards.
- Collect and dispose of trash throughout the facility.
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report restocking needs.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Assist with facility inspections, tours, and special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
