About The Position

We are seeking an experienced housekeeper to join our team. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for conducting multiple functions throughout assigned areas of our community. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be dedicated to serving seniors, and committed to growing with our family. The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to ensure that the highest degree of cleanliness is always maintained in resident rooms and common areas of the community, in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and dedication to serving seniors

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas of the community, including resident apartments, common areas, and offices
• Ensure that all areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
• Completion of cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Address guest inquiries or requests regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest experiences.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
• Assist with the laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
