About The Position
LR Associates, LLC is a Veteran owned federal government contractor providing facilities management and other services to various government customers. We support our customers with highly skilled personnel and provide customized solutions to accomplish the mission. We are seeking Full Time Housekeepers to perform cleaning services for our government customer in Aurora, CO. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude. Applicants must be US citizens and able to pass a government background check.
Requirements
- US citizenship
- Ability to pass a government background check
- Minimum of one-year cleaning experience
- Six months of floor buffing experience
Responsibilities
- Buffing the floors
- Performing cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning the lobby area, hallways, bathrooms
- Dusting, cleaning doors and glass, removing litter
- Refill all paper products
- Clean kitchen/break areas
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers
