About The Position
The Housekeeper shall be responsible for cleaning areas within both the Baptist Health hospital departments and non-hospital departments. This individual shall complete all tasks assigned efficiently, effectively, and on a daily basis. This position may have additional duties assigned as needed that are within scope of the role.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, or Alabama Essentials Pathway diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and write.
- Visual acuity at close and distant ranges.
- Manual dexterity in performance of duties.
- Ability to interact with all levels of peers, customers and management.
- Ability to work safely around chemicals and dust.
- Flexibility with begin and end shift times.
