About The Position

At La Vida Llena, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community, residents enjoy a vibrant and engaging environment with opportunities for creative, educational, and personal exploration. Our welcoming campus offers resort-style amenities and a full continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. We are seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, guests, and team members.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Provide routine housekeeping services throughout the community, including resident apartments, common areas, and assigned spaces.
Perform deep cleaning and special projects to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively while following established procedures and guidelines.
Maintain organized and sanitary work areas while delivering a resident-focused service experience.
Follow safety procedures and respond appropriately in emergency situations while completing other duties as assigned.
