Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar cleaning role.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies, including safe handling procedures.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled hours.
• Trustworthiness, discretion, and respect for privacy of residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
• Sanitize and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure bedrooms are tidy and comfortable.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Empty trash receptacles regularly and dispose of waste according to established protocols.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes and to prescribed quality standards.
• Assist in organizing household items and maintaining inventory of linens and cleaning materials.
