Renjoy manages over 200 vacation rental properties and is looking for housekeepers to join their team. This is not just a cleaning company, but a hospitality company where the housekeeper's work directly impacts guest reviews. The role requires attention to detail, hard work, and good communication. No resume is required, focusing instead on consistency, effort, and communication.

Requirements

• Ability to work hard and with purpose, owning the checklist and maintaining high standards.
• Willingness to report anything that looks off and reset trashed homes with the same energy as an easy turn.
• Physically capable of performing the work, including navigating stairs, lifting, and being on your feet for the entire shift.
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle, as properties are located across Colorado Springs and Woodland Park.
• Comfort using a smartphone app for tasks and communication.
• Commitment to a consistent weekly schedule, with mandatory Sunday availability.
• Pride in delivering a visibly and tangibly clean result.

Responsibilities

• Reset vacation homes completely after guests check out, following detailed checklists.
• Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms.
• Change all linens and make beds.
• Restock supplies.
• Flag maintenance issues through the company app.
• Ensure every home is guest-ready by 4:00 PM.
• Add small personal touches to homes as opportunities arise, such as leaving out a coloring book for families or a trail guide for couples.
