This role involves maintaining a clean and organized environment, handling guest requests and complaints effectively, and promoting a positive guest experience. The position requires adherence to all hotel policies and procedures, including wearing the required uniform and maintaining personal cleanliness. The Housekeeper will also be involved in laundry and public area cleaning, and deep cleaning as assigned.
