About The Position
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms while providing friendly and professional service to the guests.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
- Ability to lift and carry housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and hotel procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and other guest supplies.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other room surfaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash as needed.
- Restock toiletries and other guest-room amenities.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
- Follow all hotel health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Respect guest privacy and handle guest belongings appropriately.
- Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Complete assigned rooms and housekeeping tasks within established timeframes.
