MS manages its own luxury Class A and B + multifamily apartments with extraordinary interior and community amenities. We presently manage about 13,500 Class A units within 36 properties. Requirements

• Lift and carry 20 lb up stairs
• Operate cleaning equipment
• Operate an electric golf cart
• Use chemicals according to labeling safety
• Understand company policies
