About The Position

The Housekeeper performs commercial cleaning duties at the SEPTA R6 Segment14 location in Levittown, Pennsylvania. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the hourly pay is $17.00. ServiceMaster TBS Division provides on-the-job training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Requirements

Arrive at the work location at the scheduled time.
Work within allotted hours.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Show respect and understanding for coworkers and customers.
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.
Wear the proper uniform at all times.
Be able to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses.
Be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Be able to perform constant standing, walking, pushing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

Responsibilities

Follow ServiceMaster TBS Division commercial cleaning task schedules.
Empty trash.
Dust furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables.
Dust exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, and moldings.
Clean glass and mirrors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
Vacuum and mop floors.
Perform weekly detailed cleaning.
Use personal protective equipment where required.
Complete client special requests and record them in the company log.
