Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare or similar settings.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and infection control best practices.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness excellence.
Ability to work independently and efficiently during the 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Dependability and a positive attitude toward early morning work hours.

Responsibilities

Execute thorough cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other facilities with dedication and care.
Properly handle waste disposal and maintain organized storage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Identify and promptly report maintenance issues or safety concerns to ensure a safe environment.
Follow strict infection control protocols and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) accordingly.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to support a clutter-free and hygienic environment that enhances patient care.
Adhere to all regulatory standards and policies related to housekeeping and safety within the healthcare setting.
