About The Position

Arnold Grounds Apartment is a leading property management company dedicated to providing high-quality living environments for our residents. We manage a variety of multifamily properties, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for all who call them home. We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our multifamily property. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and recreational facilities.
Maintain the cleanliness of vacant apartments in preparation for new residents.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property manager.
Restock supplies in common areas as needed.
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
