About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Carriage Court in Hilliard, OH. This full-time position plays a crucial role in creating a comfortable, clean, and cozy living environment for our residents by providing essential housekeeping services. The Housekeeper will ensure all areas, from resident rooms to common spaces like the lobby and employee break room, are tidy and well-maintained, contributing to the overall quality of life for residents and the positive atmosphere for the team.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
• Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services for residents to make each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
• Ensure each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place.
