About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of assigned apartments and common areas. This role involves performing general housekeeping duties in apartments, such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces. The Housekeeper will also perform general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by their supervisor, maintaining all equipment and supplies in proper condition, and attending in-service training and education sessions. The position requires maintaining resident confidentiality and performing other duties as requested.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as requested by The Carrington.
