About The Position
We have a great opportunity for a qualified and dependable housekeeper. This is a multi-site position that will travel between several apartment communities located around the Akron area. A wide range of job duties make this an exciting position that is critical to the success of our business.
Requirements
- Qualified and dependable housekeeper
- Ability to travel between several apartment communities
Responsibilities
- Cleans all common areas of the apartment community
- Vacuum and dust
- Wash walls, windows, door panels
- Sweep, wax, and polish floors
- Clean vacant suites
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.e.: trash in hallway, burned out bulbs, etc.)
- Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians
- Performs other duties as assigned.
