About The Position

Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Ramada’s standards.

Requirements

Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward guests and coworkers
Follow all Company policies, safety rules, and housekeeping procedures
Be able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Lifting, pushing, or pulling items (such as linens or carts)
Repetitive cleaning tasks
Lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 25–30 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally, with or without assistance

Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
Dust and wipe surfaces such as windows, doors, walls, headboards, baseboards, and furniture
Replace linens, towels, and guest room amenities; restock supplies as needed
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged/missing items to a supervisor
Turn in lost and found items in accordance with Company procedures
Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition
Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
Provide courteous and professional service when responding to guest requests
Perform other duties as assigned by management
