About The Position

Churchill Residential is looking for a Housekeeper for its Evergreen at Hulen Bend Senior Living Community. This position is responsible for providing outrageous customer service to visitors, new prospects, and residents every day. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the office and all other amenities and common areas of the property.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of the office and all other amenities and common areas of the property.
• Cleans laundry rooms, walkways, breezeways, bathrooms, recreational areas, dumpsters, entrances, foyers, walkways, streets, and driveways.
• Sweeps, mops, and cleans floors.
• Vacuums and steam cleans carpets.
• Removes dust and polishes furniture in the office and models.
• Cleans and arranges furniture when needed.
• Thoroughly cleans appliances in the common kitchen area and workroom.
• Completes general apartment and model cleaning, including appliances, floors, cabinets, sinks, closets, bathrooms, and windows.
• Cleans and arranges outdoor furniture and trash receptacles in the pool area.
