Requirements
- Reliable transportation to Whitwell, Tennessee
- Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, Tennessee
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, lift, and perform physical cleaning work throughout a shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and safely use ladders as needed
- Comfort using a mobile device or digital checklist system for task tracking
- Availability to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, short-term rental, or professional cleaning experience
- Experience working in luxury hospitality or another high-standard service environment
- Experience working from structured cleaning checklists or inspection standards
Responsibilities
- Clean and reset luxury treehouses to BOLT FARM standards before guest arrivals
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency, completeness, and readiness
- Restock supplies, refresh guest-facing spaces, and report missing or damaged items
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient housekeeping workflow across the property
- Communicate clearly with leads or managers about room status, maintenance concerns, or supply needs
- Use mobile tools or digital checklists to track assigned work and completion
- Support the team in delivering a polished, high-quality guest experience through consistent execution
- Handle cleaning supplies, equipment, ladders, and physical tasks safely and responsibly
