About The Position

The Housekeeper helps create a welcoming guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hotel guest rooms, equipment, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public spaces. The role includes making beds, replacing linens, restocking supplies, maintaining a prepared housekeeping cart, and completing deep-cleaning tasks such as replacing air-conditioning filters and painting. Housekeepers also assist guests by responding to requests and delivering items, while using friendly customer service and safe work practices to help protect guests, property, and teammates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and housekeeping equipment.
• Clean lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas.
• Clean carpets and furniture.
• Keep the housekeeping cart stocked and ready for use.
• Make beds with fresh linens and restock room supplies.
• Complete deep-cleaning tasks, including replacing air-conditioning filters and painting.
• Respond to guest requests and deliver items courteously.
• Provide friendly customer service to guests.
• Monitor sensitive areas to help keep guests and property safe.
