Requirements

High School or equivalent education preferred
Proficient in simple computer tasks
Experience in Student housing or multi-family industry
Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
Must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
Must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours
Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job. This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

Complete all cleaning tasks as deemed necessary by their supervisor.
Remove trash from the facility.
Mop floors, dust surfaces, and vacuum carpets.
Clean walls and glass.
Clean and sanitize restrooms.
Perform various other cleaning duties in public and office spaces.
Ensure completion of daily checklists.
Maintain interior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property.
Clean the tour route of the property twice daily.
Arrange small pieces of furniture for staging purposes.
Clean all surfaces in elevators, if applicable.
Sanitize and clean fitness equipment.
Mop and vacuum daily in all required areas.
Ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day.
