About The Position

The Housekeeper position at Pearce on the Lake is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks, routine inspections, and reporting maintenance needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to contribute to a positive living experience for residents.

Requirements

• 1 year or more years janitorial experience (Housekeeper)
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License and currently auto liability insurance.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must be detail oriented and observant.
• Possess a willingness to help.
• Enjoy working outside in the open air.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance tasks.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Report any necessary repairs or replacement needs to management.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
