About The Position

Work hours: Full Time; Evenings, 3pm-11:30pm; 40 hours per week, with a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend. Environmental Services Department Highlights: Fast-Paced, high-volume department. Gain a sense of accomplishment by contributing to a teamwork environment. Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Six months related experience required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a hospital or hotel setting is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Empty, clean and reline trash containers.
- Properly dispose of all waste including biohazardous materials.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, restocking dispensers.
- Dust hard surface floors/vacuum carpets.
- Sanitize and spot clean.
- Additional cleaning and bed making as required by patient discharge or transfer to include removal of clinical support equipment and supplies as well as soiled linen.
- Follows-up on complaints and concerns made by patients, family members and staff.
