About The Position

The Crystal Lodge is seeking Housekeepers to join their team at their 158-room property in Whistler, British Columbia. These are full-time, permanent, and year-round positions. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall comfort of guest rooms and public areas.

Requirements

• Previous Housekeeping/ Cleaning experience is an asset

Nice To Haves

• Certification for housekeeping room attendants or similar certification is not required
• Full training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, washing, polishing floors and furnishings
• Making beds, changing linens, replenishing towels and guest amenities, and restocking linen closets and supply areas
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, fixtures, appliances, elevators, and other public spaces
• Washing windows, walls, and ceilings
• Removing waste and debris
• Reporting and securely storing lost and found items
• Responding to guest requests for additional supplies
• Providing basic information about hotel facilities when required
• Assisting in addressing guest concerns
• Ensuring all assigned areas meet the hotel's cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
