About The Position

As the Housekeeper, you are responsible for the overall upkeep and appearance of the apartment community. Our housekeepers are essential team members that maintain the overall cleanliness of our communities.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of property housekeeping experience.
Effective communication.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

Ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary.

Responsibilities

Ensure cleanliness of vacant apartment homes making them ready for move in.
Maintain cleanliness of vacant apartment homes, models, and all common areas.
Successfully execute Elmington's non-negotiables related to vacant unit turns.
Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, and company-utilized software.
Meet task deadlines as assigned.
Maintain the physical condition of the vacant units.
Utilize hand tools and power tools.
Pick up debris and remove other objects from the property.
Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
Accurately reporting all time worked by clocking in before beginning to work and out only when done working.
Following all company policies and procedures.
Performs all other duties as assigned
