About The Position

White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community (CCRC) in beautiful La Jolla, CA,
is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. As the largest nonprofit
owner/operator of senior living communities in California and one of the largest

Shift:
Pay Range: $19 - $20.50, depending on experience

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written in English) - REQUIRED
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written in English) with residents

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and courteous service to all residents, guests, vendors and fellow team members
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in areas such as resident homes/apartments, common, dining and other areas throughout the community
• Clean resident bathroom, kitchen, living and bedroom areas
• Dust, clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, wash areas as appropriate
• Empty trash, spot clean carpets
• Maintain an organized and stocked work cart
• Take note of safety concerns and needed repairs and report to supervisor
• Ensure that clinical areas are sanitized in accordance with established Infectious Disease Control policies & procedures
