Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Background screening as mandated by Florida law

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
• Ensure all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchens are cleaned and disinfected according to health and safety standards
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any needs for replenishment or repairs
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Assist with laundry duties as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Uphold the facility’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and resident privacy
