About The Position

An established ambulatory health services organization based in New York City has an immediate opening for a Night Shift Housekeeper (4:00 pm - 12:00 ma EST) for our Queens location. Our health centers are staffed with a wide range of health professionals to provide extensive medical and diagnostic services.

Requirements

• Two years’ housekeeping experience at a health center or hospital
• Experience stripping and waxing floors
• Customer service oriented
• Must work well independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of biohazard waste removal a plus

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, floor scrubbing, stripping, buffing and waxing floors
• Trash and biohazard waste removal
• Dusting, disinfecting of common areas
• Clearing of sidewalk, may include removal of snow
