Requirements

  • Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
  • Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
  • Ability to work independently (without direct supervision).
  • Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written).
  • Positive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to walk and stand during the entire work shift.
  • Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend in daily work activities.
  • Ability to lift 25 – 35 pounds intermittently during the work day.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous cleaning experience is useful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Create memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation.
  • Complete daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, and making bathrooms shine.
  • Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
  • Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests.
  • Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms clean according to established standards.
  • Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items.
  • Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
  • Help in laundry/cleaning public spaces when necessary.
  • Discover and respond quickly and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
