Requirements

Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
Ability to work independently (without direct supervision).
Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written).
Positive and problem-solving attitude.
Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to walk and stand during the entire work shift.
Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend in daily work activities.
Ability to lift 25 – 35 pounds intermittently during the work day.

Previous cleaning experience is useful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Create memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation.
Complete daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, and making bathrooms shine.
Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests.
Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms clean according to established standards.
Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items.
Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
Help in laundry/cleaning public spaces when necessary.
Discover and respond quickly and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude.
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
