Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior housekeeping, janitorial, environmental services, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including resident areas, common spaces, and grounds.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and fixtures.
Replenish restroom and housekeeping supplies as needed.
Remove trash and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Operate and maintain housekeeping and janitorial equipment safely and effectively.
Report maintenance concerns, repairs, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned.
